Staffed with a Registered Naturopathic Doctor and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, we have the knowledge and the experience to help you reach your goals. Meet our staff:
Dr. Tracey Teasdale, BSc ND
I am excited to be part of the Nutrition and Wellness team here at Access Fitness. Diet and lifestyle are the cornerstones of health and long-term well-being, and my goal is to teach my clients how to make those healthy choices. From figure skating to basketball, volleyball to badminton, and running to snowshoeing, I have always been an active person, recognizing the incredible value of a healthy lifestyle. Often I find that people have an active lifestyle, but are hindered by their dietary choices. Amid the overwhelming amounts of information and misinformation available to us, it can be very difficult to make sense of it all. With my background in kinesiology, my nutritional education from Naturopathic College, and my passion for sports nutrition, I will help you sort through all of the myths to achieve your goals!

It’s great to be here at Access Fitness as part of the team. I studied Nutrition to fulfill my desire to help people. I truly believe that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. I have been an active person my whole life starting with running, which is my true passion. I keep active all year round with running, downhill skiing, golfing, snowshoeing and playing with my 3 children who are 9,7, and 5. Being a busy Mom, I understand the challenges in life that may prevent us from taking the time to look after ourselves, body, mind and spirit. With my background in Holistic Nutrition along with a great enthusiasm for fitness, I look forward to meeting you and helping you to achieve your goals.
