Ryan Sinclair:  Personal Trainer

Hi, My name is Ryan. I've been a Personal Trainer for a few years now and what keeps me going is the happiness my clients get when they have reached their goals. Personal training is all about working hard to achieve goals, teamwork, friendship, consistency and a positive attitude. I enjoy working with a wide range of people: new members needing guidance and basic understanding; existing members requiring a change or a kick in the butt; those seeking fat loss or bodybuilding; along with athletes. I am currently working hard to expand and build my knowledge for athletics. In the future, I plan on specializing with competitive and elite athletes wanting to take their game to the highest level they can achieve. If you ever see me in the gym, which I'm sure you all will, please feel free to stop and chat.

Mark Hunter:  Personal Trainer

My name is Mark. If you have ever taken one of my spinning classes you know that I am a cycling fanatic! Recently, I have been trying my hand at triathlons. My goal is to do an Ironman event in under the allotted time of 17 hours. I am a divorced father of two boys, and my influence of sports has rubbed off on the next generation of Hunters. In my sparetime I like to get out and see the countryside on my mountain bike, so if I am not doing a spin class, or training clients, that is where you will find me. I am glad to be a member of the Access Fitness Personal Training team now, as well as continuing to pedal my way to fitness with all of you cycling enthusiasts in spin class!

To further my knowledge and experiences, I have obtained several certifications:Can-Fit Pro Personal Training Specialist, CSEP Fitness Consultant & Personal Trainer, Basic Boxing Instructor and Sport Strength Conditioning Coach Level 1. Bobbie Jo Henderson:  Personal Trainer

Hi Everyone! My biggest achievement is gained from seeing people that are dedicated to wanting results and assisting them to strive to reach their full potential. My passion for a healthy diet and a strict exercise regimen is what I hope to instil in all my clients and members of Access Fitness. With my experience, I can ensure that you too will see results and meet your goals! For the past two years I have been part of the Access Fitness Team and prior to that, I undertook the CanFit Pro Personal Training Course. Since then I have taken steps toward becoming a fully certified Personal Trainer through CPTN! I have always had a passion for fitness and nutrition. In high school, I was on the ski team and participated in figure skating as well as cheerleading. I strongly believe that if a person wants change, then only hard work and dedication will result in a stronger, healthier body! I look forward to meeting all of you and helping you to achieve your fitness goals!

Brock Picken:  Personal Trainer

Have you been exercising a while and haven’t seen the results you desire? Have you always wanted to get in shape and you just don’t know where to start? I can help - no matter what age or experience level. I want to show everyone how to improve their quality of life through exercise and nutrition. Working out can be fun and eating healthy can be easy! I specialize in weight loss, toning and shaping, building strength and lean muscle, nutrition, golf training, abdominal training and creating healthy lifestyle habits! I have a degree from Brock University in Sports and Exercise Management, as well as being a Course Conductor for the Certified Professional Trainers Network (C.P.T.N.) and I also hold certifications from Can-Fit-Pro and B.O.S.U.
